Announcing a brand new event for 2012

On Sunday 30^th September there will be a mega Frock Me fair on all three floors of the Kensington Town Hall – including live ‘vintage’ entertainment on stage, a ‘vintage makeover’ & photography studio and an alteration and repairs workshop. This event will thereafter be held twice a year with one fair in the Spring and the other in the Autumn.

There will be around 120 exhibitors with stand prices ranging from £100 to £160 (prices determined by both size and location).

Exhibitors can drive off the road onto the concourse to unload and then park right below the Town Hall in a massive NCP car park at a flat rate of only £6 for the whole day (from 9am to 6pm). There is even an area in the car park for high top vans.

Kensington Town Hall is just off the bustling Kensington High Street, nestled in one of the most affluent areas in the country and only about 300 metres from the tube station and is where Frock Me began in its original guise under the former name of Adams Vintage Fashion Fair back in the mid 1990s.

Advertising and publicity for this new event will be widespread with national and local campaigns.

Unloading and fair opening times will be the same as at Chelsea, i.e. 9.00am – 11.00am for unloading with the event open from 11.00am - 5.30pm.

Access into the Hall is easy with level loading from the concourse to all floors via a lift (or if you’re fit and in a hurry – via the stairs). Several porters will be on hand to assist if required.

Tables, chairs and electricity supply are all included in the cost of the stand however dress rails and mannequins must be supplied by exhibitors.

The general admission price to the public will be £4 (students £2) making it readily affordable to the widest possible range of visitors.
